Transparency of State Aid

Data relating to State aid and de minimis aid can be consulted in the National Aid Register (RNA).

The personal data published may be used by users only in ways compatible with the purposes indicated in the legislation establishing the National Aid Register (Law 57/2001, Law 234/2012, Ministerial Decree 22/12/2016, Inter-ministerial Decree 115/2017), in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
